OMNIA permanent formwork products are all manufactured on steel casting beds assuring that the finished soffit is smooth and flat.

All OMNIA panels are generally manufactured with 50N dense concrete, and are wet-cast and vibrated during manufacture to produce a quality soffit that is not usually achievable in normal site conditions.
|
|
|
All standard width panels have a chamfer on each 'long edge', which when placed on site give pleasant 'birdsmouth' effect to the joint.

Concrete is a natural product, and whilst every care is taken during manufacture, we cannot guarantee colour matching, and some panels may exhibit variations in colour across the soffit. For use in industrial structures, the panels, with the minimum of preparation, can be left as cast.

For contracts where the soffit is to be directly decorated, a number of standard and proprietory finishes are available.
